Maybe you feel like one person to the world — confident, organized, reliable — while feeling like an entirely different person in the mirror.

Like many high-achievers, you may be dragging the baggage of unresolved trauma or complicated family dynamics that now linger as anxiety, stress, and dis-ease.

Adding more to your plate contributes to unhealthy patterns — and you’ve hit a ceiling — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

There’s only one way out — and that’s through. LIVE to LEARN provides coursework and content to help you break free from the cycles listed here.

  • An unconscious driver of success, women with unresolved trauma often tie the approval of others to their own self-worth. This tendency can appear as perfectionism or chronic overachieving and complicate relationships, make parenting a competition you’ll never win, and destroy your personal peace as it pushes you to constantly seek and do more.

  • Making sure those around you are calm and content is a tactic children of trauma learned to survive. You carried this into adulthood as juggling others’ happiness by being a “yes” person at work, in friendships, and with family so much so that you actually feel guilty or selfish when you choose yourself for once.

  • At any moment, something that happens flips a switch in your state of wellness. It can happen anywhere, anytime — and be detrimental to your relationships or career if left unchecked. Tracing these triggers back to the trauma can increase awareness so you can respond instead of react.

  • One day you’re jogging, the next you’re eating a bag of donuts. All you seek is inner peace and physical wellness, and yet can’t get a grip on a few behaviors that make you feel weak and ashamed.

  • Things seem to be going fine and just like that, you get in your own way. You ask yourself ‘WHY do I do these things that derail my progress?’ and ‘How did I get here again?’

  • Item descriptionYou get 24/7 access to the LIVE to LEARN Coaching & Healing online platform which hosts 8 modules of content including topical presentations, reading materials, reflection worksheets, action whiteboard prompts, an electronic journal, and outside resources like guest speakers and other links.

    Once the course access is up, you will retain access to all your worksheets, journals, whiteboards, and any content you completed in that time but will no longer be able to continue with content you did not complete.

  • We recommend one module a week to stay on track. Each module will take about an hour to work through depending how much time and thought you put into the prompts.

    Modules with guest speaker videos have an addition hour of content. You can listen to all videos with earbuds while taking a walk or loading the dishwasher for example.

  • Course costs vary based on access time, level of coaching feedback preferred, and cohort meeting schedules. When you join the waitlist, we'll reach out with all the options available to you from self-paced/self-study to full cohort participation!

  • Your learning coach will be able to view your completed worksheets and monitor your progress through the course.

    Only you will see your whiteboards and journal entries unless you select "Share with my coach" on these assignments.

    Coaching feedback will be given on journal entries that you formally “share” with the coach.

  • Angie is available through the journal entry feature for digital consulting during the length of the program.
